APO United’s first ever General Assembly (GA) was one was for the books. This historical event was sparked by inspiration and support in all aspects by its Three Founders namely, Brothers Secretary Raul Lambino, General Fernando Pace and General Joronz Roncesvalles. Brother Danton Pajarillaga as the organization’s First President, and Brother Ronnie Devesa as the GA Chairman, spearheaded the event. It was both a memorable gathering and a great fellowship circle of notable alumni members committed and united in being agents of change towards a better APO organization. The assembly was held at the Grand Ballroom of the Novotel Hotel, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City from May 18-20, 2018 with the theme “Soaring High Towards Professional Competitiveness”.
The members of APO United raised their right hand with the fraternal Scout sign to celebrate the 1st General Assembly at Novotel Hotel, Quezon City in the evening of glamour and joy. The theme of the event is “Soaring High towards Professional Competitiveness”. This aims to gather brothers and sisters to connect, tighten the fraternal bond, and enrich each other by giving career growth opportunities to members.
A Gala dinner event that featured high-end entertainment courtesy of Ms. Rachel Alejandro. There was also social dancing and finally an awarding ceremony to honor Brothers and Sisters on their fifty golden years as an APO. Plaques of appreciation were also given for the achievements and successful service activities conducted by officers of the organization. Rest assured that these rewards will forever be appreciated and will serve as a reminder to perform selfless act of service to God, Country, People and Nature.
